The basis website is now complete and I need to add some small details such as costs of maintenance fees and fire insurance, I will also be posting information in general about buying a property in Malaysia, together with some information on the property market here in Sabah, which is expanding to meet the growing tourist arrivals and creating good investment opportunties, now is definitely the time to buy as properties elsewhere in Asia such as Singapore and Hong Kong are becoming overpriced.
