The Weight Loss Cure, also called The Hcg Diet, Has been made popular by Kevin Trudeau on TV and with his recent book. Do you wonder if it is for you?
So, what is Hcg?
It is the abbreviation for the hormone women produce in pregnancy. Sometimes it is taken for fertility problems. It is natural in the body and also made synthetically.
What does it do?
Hcg is the breakthrough discovery for weight loss developed by Dr. Simeons in Rome. It has been a secret of the rich and famous and movie stars, presidents and heads of state. They went to Rome on vacation and checked into his clinic. It was very expensive and offered in some clinics in the USA over the years, but people didn’t really know or understand what they were taking. They thought it was mostly vitamin B-12 shots.
How does it work?
Dr Simeons was studying weight loss and obesity and trying different diets on his patients and not very happy with his small success. Then he noticed how emaciated or mal-nourished women in poor countries produced normal healthy babies. Even women who are nauseated and can’t keep food down (a condition called hyperemesis) produce healthy normal babies.
The way I understand it, Hcg is the hormone that makes sure the baby gets the nutrients first, at the expense of the mother. So, he figured out that by taking Hcg with a low calorie, low fat diet, the body is forced to burn fat. Hcg causes your body to mobilize fat out of the fat storage locations first, which doesn’t happen with the usual diets. Best of all, you aren’t hungry because of the Hcg and how it makes your body burn over 1000 calories a day.
What are the benefits?
This is what is really exciting. You get fast weight loss. You aren’t particularly hungry which is unusual for most diets. And you don’t develop loose or sagging skin. You just tighten up. Have you heard about the real person hiding inside a fat body? Well, the fat almost slides off and the real you emerges.
Where do you get Hcg?
You can go to your doctor and he may know a little now about The Weight Loss Cure made famous by Kevin Trudeau. He can write you a prescription and you will mostly be researching and doing it on your own. Or you can find a clinic that does the Hcg Diet in a lot of big cities now. There are clinics offering to mail pre-filled syringes for injection and some clinics even offer it in an oral form. I recommend you go to your doctor and get a check-up and then apply to one of the clinics. Most will take online applications.

AARP Plan To Retire in Ten Years
The word retirement is not something of much concern when people are young. It is 20 or even 30 years away and a lot can happen during that time. The thought of retiring and what to do when the time comes, is a dream and with proper planning that can become a reality.
All the financial upheaval at the moment is taking us back to the time when retirement did not exist, people worked until they died. Relying on state benefits and retirement plans can be seen not to be wise, ask anyone who has a 401(k) plan about their retirement plans now and their dream has been taken away.
If you are serious about retiring you need to start planning early to create wealth. Little things such as buying groceries from the supermarket instead of the local convenience store since items are much cheaper there. A person can also buy generic stuff instead of designer products that are of equal quality. The money saved is a start and in time, can go a long way due to compounding.
The best way to plan to retire in ten years, is to have full control of your wealth creation process and one way to do this is to run your own business and take full control of the situation. There are markets and opportunities out there which will allow you to retire in ten years, and they do not rely on stock or shares or insurance policies to fund your retirement.
The ideal plan to retire in ten years is to reinvest all income back into your business for a period of ten years and over that period of time the compound affect can then provide you with an ongoing monthly income from your business.
You need to be strong willed to reach you goal to retire in ten years, most people fail because they would rather spend the profit rather than feed it back into their business.
The question is do you have the belief that you can retire in ten years, if so please feel free to contact me.

Veretekk 2.0 Update
Tom Predergast held a meeting today with the Veretekk Warrior group who are at the forefront of changes which are being made to the Veretekk system in the coming months. Veretekk 2.0 will not be a grand re launch on a set date but will consist of a number of phased changes.
Next week the design team under the control of Mike Darling will be given the blueprint of how Veretekk will be redeveloped into one of the most powerful social and business networks the world has ever seen.
Gold members of Veretekk will be given a FREE hosting account on which they will be able to host their own domains, blogs and forums to support their business.
One other change will be the launch of a Veretekk tool bar to control everyday work and in fact a number of toolbars will be promoted by Veretekk one of which is Invite 5.
I am already using Invite5 on which you can earn free money just by browsing a few ads on a daily basis, I know of someone in Malaysia who is already earning $100's a day. The Invite 5 Toolbar provides a login manager to save your passwords and an e-mail checker to alert you of incoming emails, plus customised toolbar buttons to run other applications, Its a great time saver.
Knowing that Invite 5 is going to be featured on the front page of my Veretekk site is promoting me already to start building a down line as one can earn money up to seven tier down check it out at joini5.com/theinterbiz.
Talking of earning money once the phased changes commence even free Silver Veretekk members will be able to earn commissions on Gold upgrades and there are expected to be a lot of upgrades as Veretekk 2.0 Unfolds.
